Nucleus One and Nucleus Titan Sales to Canada
1. Currency
All sales are in U.S. dollars (USD).
2. Shipping
All orders for Nucleus One and Nucleus Titan shipped to Canada will be dispatched from the United States via ground shipment.
3. Customs Clearance
The customer is responsible for the customs clearance of the product.
4. Return Policy
- All returns for Nucleus One and Nucleus Titan require prior approval from Roon.
- Nucleus One and Nucleus Titan are eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Product returns can be processed in Canada or USA. If you choose to process the return within Canada, please note that you will not be able to reclaim the import duties paid on the product. If you wish to reclaim the import duties, the product must be returned to the USA.
- Roon will not be responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to avoid any issues.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method in U.S. dollars. Roon is not responsible for any currency exchange fluctuations; as a result, the refund amount in your local currency may differ slightly from the original purchase amount.
6. Restocking fee
If the returned product is damaged or missing accessories, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Nucleus Titan Trade-in offer in Canada
1. Fill in the Trade-In Form
Complete the trade-in form to initiate the process.
2. Return Your Old Device
Once we receive your completed form, we will send you return shipping instructions via email. Follow these instructions to send your old device back to us.
3. Pay the Remaining Balance
After inspecting your returned device, we will determine the final trade-in value and prepare a checkout cart for the remaining balance. You will need to pay this amount to proceed.
4. Receive Your New Nucleus Titan
Once we receive your payment, we will ship your Nucleus Titan and provide you with tracking information.
