Software Offer
1. Eligibility and exclusions: The software offer is available to new Roon users only. It does not apply to trial users or users with an existing or previous Roon subscription.
2. Offer Includes:
- $1 for 11 weeks of Roon Trial.
3. Trial Details: You are purchasing an 11-week trial of Roon for $1. Unless canceled, your trial will automatically convert to a yearly subscription at the current yearly subscription rate. You can change your billing plan via your account page to monthly or lifetime at any time during your trial. Your chosen plan will take effect at the end of the trial period.
4. Early Upgrade: If you upgrade to a paid subscription before the trial ends, the remaining trial period will not be added to your subscription.
5. Cancellation: If you no longer want to continue your Roon trial during the trial period you can cancel it by visiting your account page and selecting “Manage Billing Plan”. You will see an option to cancel your trial.
6. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for the $1 for 11 Weeks Anniversary Offer.
Hardware Offer
1. Eligibility: This offer is available to new and existing Roon users who place an order on or after May 15, 2026 in the United States and Canada via the Roon Store, and internationally through official resellers.
2. Offer Includes: An 11% discount on Nucleus One and Nucleus Titan Servers in US and CA. International offers, pricing, and availability may vary by region and distributor.
3. Return Policy: All returns for Nucleus One and Nucleus Titan in the US and CA must receive prior approval from Roon Labs. Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label. For complete details, please refer to the official Roon Store Return Policy.
4. Availability: This offer is valid while supplies last.
5. International Purchases: All sales outside the US and Canada are handled by official resellers. All returns for international orders are subject to the return policy of the local reseller. Roon Labs and the Roon Store do not process or manage returns for purchases made through distributors or resellers.
