Nucleus One is guaranteed against manufacturing failures (faulty components and defective materials) for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

30-Day Return Policy | If you return your Nucleus One or Nucleus Titan within 30 days of purchase, your Roon subscription will be cancelled and the redemption code deactivated
License Scope | The subscription is not tied to the specific Nucleus hardware. You may use any compatible Roon Server during your subscription period. However, this offer does not extend or alter the standard hardware warranty of the Nucleus One or Nucleus Titan.
Delivery Format | The Roon subscription will be provided in the form of a digital redemption code, delivered after purchase.
Eligibility | This offer is exclusively available to verified users of ELAC Discovery systems running Roon Essentials. Roon reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny access to unqualified participants.
If you already have an active Roon subscription | No refund or partial credit will be issued for your existing subscription.
