All returns of the DacMagic 200M require prior approval from Roon Labs. For more information on returns visit Roon Store Return Policy. When processing an approved return, Roon Labs will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
If the one-year Roon subscription has been redeemed and you return the DacMagic 200M, your subscription will be canceled when the refund is issued.
Manufacturer’s warranty for Cambridge Audio DacMagic 200M is two years from the date of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase before any work can be carried out on your machine under warranty.
